I’ve been going to Vikki for PT sessions for nearly 6 months. My fitness and strength have improved so much since I started going and it gives me the motivation to exercise between sessions too. She records what we do and the weight that I lift and increases it gradually so I’m always challenged.
Vikki plans the sessions really well so that I work various parts of my body and she includes so much variety that it feels like I’m always doing something new. She explains how to position my body for each exercise and which muscles I should be working. She has loads of equipment which makes the sessions really interesting.
Vikki is so encouraging and motivating and I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with her (maybe not so much a couple of days after when I can feel it most). Every week I walk out of the gym feeling great and looking forward to the next session.
Vikki is really friendly, flexible and accommodating if I need to change days or if there’s particular part of the workout I can’t do due to injury, she’ll just change it.
I highly recommend Vikki, you won’t regret starting PT sessions with her ❤️💪🏻🏋🏼♀️
